Operating Principle of the Vibratory Motor
The Vibratory Motor operates on the principle of unbalance motors, which are asynchronous AC motors fitted with pairs of centrifugal weights at the ends of the motor shafts. By adjusting the centrifugal weights while the motor is at a standstill, the amplitude of oscillation can be fine-tuned to meet the requirements of the application. These motors are available in 2, 4, 6, and 8 pole versions, allowing the motor speed and oscillation frequency to be optimized for specific tasks.
