Hump Magnet

Hump magnets are mostly used to separate ferrous metals from granules, powder, food products, and others where the flow of material is vertical. Hump Magnets generally consist of two Plate Magnets mounted in an offset housing and are installed in vertical spouts. The material falling strikes directly on the first magnet changing direction and falls over the second magnet, ensuring a clean outflow of material.

The magnets are of a hinged type and can be easily opened for periodic cleaning. Hump magnets can be supplied to suit any size of Pope/Duct.
