Channel Magnet

A Permanent channel magnet is used for the removal of iron impurities from materials like rice, flair, glaze, slip (ceramic material), glass, mineral powder, slurry, chemical, liquid material, and food products that are less strongly contaminated.

The permanent channel magnets are designed in various sizes & strengths to meet the specific operation and plant condition. The channel magnet can ideally be used to remove tramp iron from material carried in a chute. It is mostly used for the chemical slurry and ceramic glaze.

Salient Features:

  • Channel magnet consists of high coercivity modern anisotropic permanent magnet like ferrite/rare earth magnet
  • Strong & rugged construction with M.S or S.S. 304/316 construction
  • A working temperature of up to 300 degrees is available
